My overall experience was great. Starting off with the simple to use design software that allowed me to make the coin I wanted. Once done I then went through the process of figuring out size, weight, finish, quantity and anytime I got confused by any option it had explanations right next to it. Once I finished with that and paid for the coins Sienna from their customer service team reach out to me and verified my design with a proper render of what it would look like and it looked good! Sienna even caught an error on the coins design that I had missed which was able to get fixed. After that the coin was made and shipped getting to my house before the estimated date. The quality of the coin I received is amazing and it was exactly what I wanted. Sienna then reached out and made sure that I was satisfied! I will be coming back here for future coin designs.
